Seat/carpet color combination

I'm going to order a new floor carpet for my Monte, but I'm a little confused about which color that will match the seats best. The seats and panels are white, except the dash which is green (will order a new cover for this one). Car is blue.

White is the color that pops into my mind, but maybe you guys have some input on this? Should I also go with a white dash, or perhaps black?

i would do a blue carpet with a blue dash.

I'm gonna say black or dark blue carpet. You don't want white because it shows every little piece of dirt & will look horrible in no time. White or black dash IMHO would look best. My old Cutlass was a factory red car with white vinyl top. It came from the factory with a black dash, black carpet, & white everywhere else inside. Looked real good that way.

For what it's worth, I'd be going with a black dash and black carpet, too. Just pulled some parts off a '77 Monte with this combo and it looks sharp...especially, with the blue exterior.

dark blue carpet, with a dark blue or white dash or maybe both. white will reflect light and might block your vision. I had a white package tray, and half the time i couldn't see out the back window.

X2 on this..........My 74 malibu was Blue, seats were the only white thing in there rest was blue looked really nice

Thanks for the input.

I also like the idea of black on white Rago. Figure it could be hard to pick the "correct" blue as I don't have access to actual samples. Going to order this from the US as well.

I have been thinkn bout color for mine as well and what will last the best. I would definately go dark on the carpet. I think black dash with slight white accents would look nice. Maybe a dark headliner to break up the interior color alittle too. That color choice on the paint is awesome really draws some attention.

blue dash and carpet. a neighbor down the street from me years ago,had a 75. it was silver with red dash,kick panels,carpet and rear window panel,and had the rest of it in white. looked good and was factory.

Black, black, black or blue.

Guna has all black interior except the seats were the same white as yours.

Changed it all over to black, love it.

All black looks nice, but makes for a hot interior on summer days (says the guy currently switching his over from tan to black, lol). I wish I had a paint color that would look good with white interior.
