Off Topic BBQ
Hey guys I was just wondering what other of you do for interest besides G3 cars. We just did a BBQ party for my daughters new first house. In the photos where our camper and pits are is the location my son-in-law wants to put up the pole shed. Check out the BBQ sign my brother and I have for our cars and smokers.

Here is a photo bucket link to the party. Ribs, chicken wings and bacon wrapped tator tots is what I was cooking.

Wow Wally, that's quite the setup. I'll have a half rack with all the fixings please and thanks. Lots of napkins too, my mouth is already watering

How much to ship a rack to 14221?
Been looking for a good replacement since Tony Roma's left town.

We don't cater out its just a hobby my Brother and I did some competition BBQ's in the past I just go big or go home. Only do it for friends and family as there is no money in it for a part time set up.

Re: Off Topic BBQ
Oh well, had to try. I'm already driving 40 miles for decent pizza, and we have Sprechers shipped in from WI. I figured, why not one more state over for decent ribs?
