Looking forward to spring already.
Put away my 77 Malibu for winter a couple weeks ago and miss driving it already. I'm thinking about putting quiet mufflers on it first thing next year. Maybe I'm old or something.. I like driving it to work sometimes but feel like a jerk firing up that 400 with the glass packs on at 4am. Thats all for now. Happy thanksgiving.

Not old. Mature. I used to have some cheap-a$$ turbo mufflers with no tailpipes --- they reverberated off the pavement and were loud as hell. That was a lot of fun when I was younger, but eventually I got tired of that, and loud mufflers inevitably shake the car apart, which was a disservice to my car and made more work for me.
I still like a nice rumble, but I realized it doesn't have be heard from 5 blocks away to let people know there's something under the hood. So I now have Magnaflows, which are only loud when you drop the hammer.
Happy Thanksgiving!

This is 1 good thing about no longer having "spring-summer-fall" cars ... no missing the cars while they are sleeping ... lol.
