Alternator tensioner
Can anyone grab me a measurement ? I'm looking for the measurement from the alternator bolt that you tighten to keep your belt tight to the bolt on the water pump that the alternator bracket bolts to.
Reason being, I'm considering replacing the stock alternator bracket with an adjustable stainless tensioner with heim joints on the ends. I like the look of them instead of the flat stock bracket. I have a brand new chrome skinny aftermarket bracket that I like but I like the look of the stainless too. And I figure I'll put the negative battery cable down low into one of the threaded bosses by the fuel pump.
If a couple guys could post up the length between those two bolts, I'd appreciate it. Thanks
