Was wondering if all 73 chevelles came with the chevelle and bow tie emblem on the lid. or was it just Malibu. asking because mine doesn't have any holes where one has been.

I believe all 73 coupes and sedans got the emblem. Either your trunk lid had the holes filled by a previous owner or maybe a 74 lid got transplanted on. I think 74 lids can be made to work on 73 but there was something with the latching that makes them different.

yeah the guy that had it before me loved the bondo and shaved the rear end and stuff so they prolly got filled. thanks man

73 and 74 trunks will share the Outer Skin only, the Latch on the Body is in different spots
