74 malibu - resto thread
Hey!
Here is a little update on our 74 Malibu
My father and I decided to keep the body as it is (for now) with minor changes. but over time, our future plans include:
-new paintjob (possibly light gray)
-ls3 swap
-new trans
-wilwood brakes
-detroit speed front&rear suspension set
we changed the tires and the rims I think they look much stronger and bolder. Here are some pics:
the rear tires are going to be pushed inside 3cm because they run the risk of hitting the body right now as they are too offset.

What is your back spacing? I have 15x10 295s and mine don't stick out like that

Re: 74 malibu - resto thread
I bet he has 4" backspace. Mine were out that far with 15x10's.

U can post picures by pressing "host image" and then dragging your image on the window that pops up afterwards

Looks great. I may pick up a 15x8 & 15x10 combo with 295's on them today. New torque thrusts with tires, guy needs money real bad. I'll have to check the offset.
