1900 hundred Miles on 2023 Power Tour and Monte Nationals
Rolled into my driveway in Indianapolis at 2am Thursday morning. I ended at day three in Rockingham, NC.
Wednesday I did a total of 750 miles...630 of those were straight from Rockingham.
Amazing how all traffic "dries up" after 10pm....I let it roll!!
Got a little "buggy" on the front end.

Somewhere in Virginia....

The " routes" get "long in the tooth" in some small towns with one red light and / or stop sign.
One group I was talking to said it took 1.5 hours to go 20 miles....UGH!!
I heard people saying that the "designated route" that they were provide was taking some drives 6 hours to complete due to all the registered cars.
And they would miss making it to the venue. Or come in when the venue was closing.
I have done pieces of the route before but like to "HOT-SHOT" to the next venue.

LOL. Yes Sir Limey...you are correct about the Monte Nationals. Putting down the miles. A busy month for me!!
I did not get pictures of my car....but did of the overall parking lot. Four total rows in the parking lot. And a fifth row ...behind me as I take the picture.
Good turn out and nice weather.
"Salt of the earth" people sharing the same interest....70s A-BODIES! And of course, the other generations.
You can see my car's fender. 4TH down on the left of pic.

Also , really liked this car. Factory original 454 and a 6 Six Speed. 6-speed Peaked my interest to say the least! (Sounded rowdy and I got a ride.). It gets with it!!
