sanding the Elco
I started the color sanding on the El Camino today. Looks like I can just pick a section and do it, all the way to buffing. I'm doing the hood first, about 1/4 of it at a time.
This body isn't perfect, but it's painted, and all one color ! It isn't gonna be one of my favorite jobs though.

Not looking forward to prep & paint myself. Very time consuming but worth it in the end I guess. Keep at it Bill- you're almost done!

Break it up into manageable pieces like you're doing and it won't seem so overwhelming. Eventually it'll all be done. And some progress pics along the way would be nice...
