Anyone know the length of the driveshaft for a 73 with a TH400 short tail trans?

i don't have a spec, but it's the same as a TH350.

mine is 59" and 3/4" from end to end including the shaft

TH400 is longer than a th350 so it has a shorter driveshaft.

the factory 454/TH400 parts car i got a few years ago had the exact same driveshaft that is in my TH350 car, but with the bigger TH400 yoke. i only found out that they were the same because i wanted to use the TH400 shaft with my TH350 yoke when i did the 700r4 swap, but when i set it next to my existing shaft, it was the same length.

We measured 53" ctc with the rear suspension loaded and the yoke 1" pulled out. Dont know how long the th350 driveshaft was...
