Laguna S3 registry Empty Laguna S3 registry

Post by jurgenday Fri Jan 11, 2013 10:48 pm

Anybody interested in a Laguna S3 registry? I talked to the owner of the SS396 registry that has a registry on all rare or special Chevelles and he said if there was enough interest he would add it. Any takers? All i need is the first few digits of your vin (1E37) and whatever info you want to give. 1 picture would also be nice.

Aslo other rare Chevelles but you have to prove the authenticity, ie build sheet etc.........

I would be happy to register my 1975 S-3, it's just another way to get more interest and possibly more intrinsic(read dollar study ) value later on .. how do you want to do this...just make sure everything is done on a secure basis! I'm in!!

If you set it up like that, I am in for sure! cheers Just let me know where! That's my Red 75 rotating on the gallery pictures now. I did see that there are NO 1974,75,or76 ElCaminos registered in their section! Someone around here should register theirs with that registry. Beer

Not to stir up anything (it's a great idea Jurgen) but what a out starting an S-3 and/or SS registry page here?

Again just asking- I guess I've become somewhat biased towards those sites that "end" @ 1972 after reading so many negative comments that users post about our cars. Don't know if the Admin's would agree or not but just a thought.

Thats a good idea. I was just thinking about trying to get OUR cars out there in the 64-72 world. Why not both? Lets start here and compile a list and go from there.

Talk to Blackchevelless see what he says. I'm not sure but I think a separate page could be created like our "homepage" maybe just for the registry.

This site is most active by far for this generation vehicle, with the possible exception of Kyle's facebook group. So I like the idea of making a registry page here that could be linked to other sites that want to include this gen.

I would be interested in a registry, though my car doesn't look like it did when new, originally blue/white now burgundy/black.

I dont think original is a problem. I just think people should know about the 3rd gen SSs and S3s and so forth.

Mine was originally Firethorne w/ a 305....its now a big block beast, or will be anyways

So are the 73 Lagunas excluded from the registry? I know they're not s-3's but they do share a nose with the '74's. Weren't there laguna wagons and four doors also? Or is it specifically an S-3 thing?

Why not include the 73's? They can rename it Laguna & Laguna S-3, you'd prob get more people on board that way. (just my $0.000002 LOL)
