New acquisition. Dad's 76 Laguna

So an unfortunate turn of events recently put my dad in a tough position to where he needed to sell his car to come up with some $$$. Mind you this wasn't just some car he bought as is and drove for a little bit up till now. His mom (my grandma) bought this car brand new in 77 and eventually sold it to him and he ended up building and doing all the work himself (with a little help from me) over the years he's had it. About 17 years I believe. Long story short, after making a deal with the wife and selling my soul (again) to the devil I ended up being able to help him out and bought it from him to keep it in the family. All the bodywork is solid and had been gone through. the engine is just a mildly built 355 hooked to a saginaw 4 speed going to the rear with 2.73 gears. I have a rearend out of a 74 with 3.73 and factory posi that will go into it when i can afford it. It has working a/c and heat and unlike my silver raced out laguna next to it, it is very family friendly. (no cage. a/c and heat. smooth suspension and not as low/stiff. windows and steel doors, not fiberglass.) Just overall a nice dependable family cruiser that I can still have fun hot rodding in around town. anyways here's a few pics of it so far. Still lots to do. in time.....
