As time permits creeping forward hope over the next few days I am able to spray some epoxy and primer. Still have to apply filler to the passenger side but getting closer to paint.

Got the epoxy done. Unfortunately I need to re-do some of the filler but not a huge deal. I’m going to get that done reseal and prime this week. Mentally I needed to see it in the epoxy

Working the front fenders and gaps. Getting close. Mocked everything up to check the hood gap. I had to do a lot of tweaking on the drivers side. Just cleaning up the door, fender and hood trio and the front clip gets removed, car gets pushed out so I can work all the pieces. I scored some heavy duty tarps today from work, I was going to buy a tent. I’m happy with the tarps!

Taking shape, trimmed the hood to clear the wipers. Time to disassemble.

Found a couple hours between musical rehearsal and softball games to tweak the trio of gaps…

I’ve been chiseling out time as I can. Worked on the gate and got the underside of the hood painted. That was a big moment, that most won’t see..

I lost time over July forth to other projects but was able to get High build on the week before. Which was good. The car sat that way for a few weeks before the first block sanding.

I took a couple days off and got the final prime (I hope) on the quarters, doors and fenders. Also got the first prime on the rest of the frontend pieces. Slow going but going…
